Alpine Eliot Beck is a Master Yoga Instructor, certified and registered with Asheville Yoga Center, from the Mountains of Western North Carolina. Her style of teaching inspires the participant to greet their own individual desires and joy, encouraging this one truth:

“Life is meant to be enjoyed.”

Having studied yoga strictly for the past 15 years, she has learned that yoga is not a “serious” endeavor. Laughter, lightness, creativity, and feeling good in ones body and emotions is its primary purpose. And that’s what she’s here to share.

Please see the following linked calendar for upcoming workshops lead by Alpine. Should your Studio/Venue like to host a yoga workshop, you can contact Alpine at the following:

Alpine hosts 4 Yoga Retreats a year at her Black Mountain, North Carolina Cabin/Lodge. Located on 13.5 private acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains, this 4,200 sq ft retreat residence has long range views and hosts a max of 6 attendees. Her 3 day, 2 night retreats explore the individual’s human design, also known as Gene Keys, to aid one’s ability to see their deepest desires for relationships, family, business, and personal goals - and bring them into this physical reality. By observing our individual “make up”, we’re more equipped to follow through with decisions coming from the heart and soul, and bypassing voices of doubt, resignation, and fear.

Organic meals, lodging, and beer/wine included.

Yoga classes each day. Great for Empaths.

More details to come early 2019.

Feel Good in the Body.

“I sing the body electric,

The armies of those I love engirth me and I engirth them,

They will not let me off till I go with them, respond to them,

And discorrupt them, and charge them full with the charge of the soul. ” ~Walt Whitman
